Thanks Di, I noticed that too, but someone told me that is what it is meant to do. I can't see why, I thought maybe it did that for me and not everyone else. I will change it now. Thanks!

When ever my babies start with the sniffles, they have echinacea, garlic, horseraddish, and c vitamins. Wards the flu off every time.

As for the cold fighting thing, we're fighting a losing battle with our youngest. every 2 weeks he's suffering with bronchiollitis, ear infections or a virus of some sort. We use the bosistos eucalyptus oil in hot water and mop our floors with it, it's great stuff. I've never seen the spray so I'll be purchasing that one for sure!!

To battle coughs and colds we make sure hands are washed lots throughout the day, try to close the house up at around 4pm when the temperature is still up but is close to dropping. This doesn't stop cold and flu but it does help us cut the severity (or at least i feel like it does lol)

To keep the winter bugs away i make sure my son wears warm clothes according to the season and washes his hands regularly. Also i make it a point to keep the house warm.
