12x Christmas advent calendar ideas

I have always been one of those parents that just grabbed the chocolate advent calendar from the supermarket. That is until our youngest couldn't eat much chocolate. Then I started looking around for other options.  Last year we had the Smiggle advent which was pretty awesome.

This year I intend on doing my own. I did grab some cute bags from Ikea to fill with a little treat each day.
