Chipolata Sausage and roast vegetable bake with rosemary and balsamic


Chipolata sausages
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil spray
Rosemary - Gourmet garden
Cracked pepper


Vegetables
Potato
Sweet potato
Carrot
Pumpkin
Red onion optional



Spray baking dish with olive oil, add sausages and vegetables to baking dish and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and rosemary and a good spray of olive oil.  (I use a good squeeze of gourmet garden herbs) Add cracked pepper and bake at 180c for 30 - 45 mins until all cooked to perfection.


Serve with steamed vegies - Broccoli, peas and green beans.
