Feeling fresh and free

I mentioned in an earlier blog that I am determined to make 2013 a great year and look after me more than I ever have before.

So after a trip to the GP and finding out my cholesterol was leaning towards the high end of the scale I have started hitting the pavement and taking in some fresh air.  I am motivated at the moment to keep at it.  Let's hope it lasts!

With a view like the above on my travels surely I should be able to stick at it. The weather will be my down fall though so time will tell.  I also didn't find it very appealing today with two kids in tow so I need to time it better while they are at school.  Walking 3 days a week when school goes back is much better than none at all.  Good start for a VERY unfit mumma me thinks.

Do you exercise daily?  How do you fit it in around the kids?
