Love your shell

I have recently stumbled onto the Facebook page Curvy and Beautiful.  It has made me stop and think how many of us feel threatened and belittled by today's models and how the media portray what the perfect body "should" be.

We need to stand up and be proud of who we are. Whether that may be big or small.

We have little people (or big) that love us unconditionally with no hang ups.

Give yourself a big squeeze and make sure you look yourself in the mirror, REALLY look at yourself and fall madly in love with what you see. 

You are all they have in this world and no matter what they look up to your every word!
