Hi Tracy!
Movie time means alot of things; it can mean time with my hubby and kids (usually on a Sunday arvo), or it can mean girl time with my sister and mum when we go to the cinema to watch a chick flick, or it could mean time out for me when I watch a movie in bed by myself when the rest of the house is sleeping. Under any of these circumstances, I love them all!

Movie time for me is one of 2 things - Daddy/daughter time which equals a shower BY MYSELF!! or Mummy/daughter time so Miss 3 can educate me on things (especially animals and dinosaurs)

Movie time, means Mummy can drink her coffee while it's still HOT!

Movie time means I get to treat the kids a little with a little bit of a late night, some popcorn and a snuggle. It also usually means getting some of my old favourite kids movies out to show the kids.

As a grandma I find an absorbing movie gives me a little time to (put my feet up) catch up on a job or two that seems impossible with little hands everywhere. How did I manage with 4 of my own!

Movie time in our house means a little bit of peace and quiet while the kids actually sit still and watch it! Movie time for hubby and me is always enjoyed as we dont go to the movies that much anymore but love to watch a new release once the kids are tucked up in bed!

I love how movies are a little bit of escapism after a long day :)
I love movie time, I see it as special family time we get to spend together as a family. We've taken our son to see The Muppets and The Smurfs at the movies, and we all had the best time!

Movie time is family time, we try to make at least one night a week a family movie night, watching something that we can all find fun, even if it is more that as parents we enjoy watching the childrens enjoyment in a movie rather than enjoying the movie itself.
I also love movie time with my husband, be it the rare occasion when we manage to get out without the 4 children and see a film at the cinema, or just watching a film at home together while the children are sleeping.
