A good purge.... NOT!

Apparently sharing your thoughts and feelings is good for you......

I am not really that convinced!

I find when/if I do actually start sharing how I am REALLY feeling I begin to fall apart and the brave front I present, slowly begins to crack. So I prefer to hide behind that brave face I choose to show everyone and plod along on my own holding everything in and squashing all the true feelings as far down as possible!

Some days I really crave that shoulder to cry on, that special friend you can call on at 2am. Yet other days I am so thankful for my man and our gorgeous boys and think why would I need anything more?

Do you find it easy to share your true feelings, or do you prefer to hide behind a mask and only let people see what YOU choose to share with them?
